Refund policy

You have 30 days from the time you get your item to request a return under our 30-day return policy.

We give you a 12-hour window before processing any orders for your cancellation; if you wait longer than that, your request will be denied. If the reason for the refund is change of mind or anything else linked to before getting the product. You are required to wait for your shipment to arrive to proceed with the return.

Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packing in order to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.

Issues and damages
Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is broken, damaged, or defective so we can look into it and make it right.


Items that are exempt or not returnable
Refunds for changes of heart or dissatisfaction with the item without a fault or damage will be considered, but postage and shipment will be at the expense of the buyer because the problem is beyond our control.

Unfortunately, products purchased using a discount coupon cannot be returned.


Exchanges
Returning the item you now own and then making a new purchase for the desired item after the return has been approved is the quickest way to ensure that you get what you want.

European Union 14-day money-back guarantee
With the foregoing in mind, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without providing a reason, if the product is being sent within the European Union. As said previously, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the same condition as you received it. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.

Refunds
Once we've received and reviewed your return, we'll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. Within 10 business days if accepted, your initial payment method will instantly be returned. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and deposit the refund. Depending on the cause for the return, we must wait for the item to be delivered with a tracking number before we accept the reimbursement.
